This was our first trip to the great city of Seattle. The hotel made our trip worth the long flight from Dallas!! My six year old loved the view and the pool. Hotel was close to just about everything. Only had to take our rental car out once over the three and half day stay.

WOW. What a hotel. Friendly staff that can't be beat. Room was oversized. Just beautiful.Close to everything.

The location is perfect, bed IS heavenly, only 2 blocks from Top Pot doughnuts, and 5 from Pikes Market. Excellent service.

escalator didn't work; floor lamp didn't work; remote control didn't work; tub faucet didn't work; complimentary wine arrived without a corkscrew

We arrived at our hotel after spending seven days at sea on a cruise ship. Our service was wonderful and the rooms were extremely comfortable. We had a fabulous view of Seattle to make our stay more memorable. I'd return to this hotel for sure!
