Bad customer service

Checked in at night. The night staff actedd bothered that he had to stop talking with his friend to check me in.
I was given a smoking room, because, I quote: "when booking with travel website, you don't have a choice"
In the morning I asked for a copy of my bill and I coulnd't get one. I couldn't print one either. Printing not available from their customer "business" computer which is located in the main lobby by the elevator, on the side of the wall (not in a room).
I would never recommend this hotel for a business stay. It offers no support from the staff at all

This hotel is close to our parents home. Our room was neat, well decorated - a recliner! Plenty of room in the room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable.

I was very pleased with this hotel overall. I would recommend it and should the opportunity arise I will stay at this hotel again.

Priced very fair and extremely convenient in location to JMU, shopping, restaurants, major highway; very clean.

this was a clean, comfortable hotel. convenient location, good service. an excellent value. made our visit to jmu very pleasant.
