My husband and I were very pleased with our short stay due to the comfy beds, excellent service, and tasty breakfast buffet. Just get your parking ticket validated at the hotel desk and you do not have to pay for parking. Within walking distance to Piedmont Park...a real plus!

The hotel is beautiful as well as the view from the hotel. The room was a nice size and clean. The staff was friendly. A great feature would be the glass elevator that allows you to see outside as you ride in it.

the only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that in addition to the room rate, they charge $16 extra to park, $20 for valet. the hotel itself was nice, just never had to pay extra to park - everyone has to park, so you're stuck - no one walks to a hotel..... also they require a $50 deposit upon check in, even though the room is already paid for.

Excellent location, excellent dining in the mall nearby. Usually, room rates are very competitive. The hotel, especially the rooms needs major rehabilitation. Overall, it's a good place if you're not spending time in the room.

Employees are very courteous and actually enjoy their jobs! Carpet in room should be replaced. Floor-to-ceiling windows have great views of Piedmont Park or Midtown. Nice large pool. Restaurant expensive & limited menu, but lots of dining options nearby. Definitely will stay here again!
