I'll never stay here again!

My family and I go to St Louis many times a year and stay at a lot of different hotels, but we will never stay at this one again.
After we checked in, the first room they gave us (smoking) was a mess. Blankets, sheets, and towels covered the floor. I told the front desk this and they put us in a SMOKING room all the way in the back next the the hotels laundry room. The T.V. in that room did not work. The cable was destroyed and half of it was blue and the other half was green. The manager said he could put a new cable in, but I told him that wouldn't fix the colors. SO, we were then moved upstairs (no elevator) to a non-smoking room (finally) and that room seemed fine until we turned on the AC. The AC did not work. It would run for 3 mins or so and then shut off for a half hour. By this time, it was late, I was tired, and I just didn't feel like dealing with it anymore, so I took sleeping pills to get me through the awful night at that place.
A side note: There was another family there in their bathing suits looking for the pool which the hotel said it had. Well, they did, but it wasn't open yet and they suggested that the family drive a mile down to road to another hotel and tell them they are guests and swim in their pool.

We got the free coupons for hot breakfast while checking in. The front desk supervisor was friendly and showed us way to our room and the breakfast restaurant. We arrived 2 hours before the check in time, still the kind staff allowed us for early check in without any additional fees! The hotel was pet friendly. Room was clean. All facilities with good brand products were in the room. The famous attractions like Busch stadium, St. Louis six flags, St. Louis zoo were few minutes drive from hotel. This hotel made our st. louis trip more easy and enjoyable. We will return back and suggest this Quality Inn Airport to others.

This Quality Inn Airport hotel of St. Louis had free high speed wireless internet, free breakfast, free parking, free airport shuttle. Hotel staff was helping. Found decent quality amenities in the room. It was all for a very reasonable price.This hotel was close to St. Louis Downtown, Gateway Arch, Busch stadium, st. louis zoo. I will stay at the same Quality Inn Airport for my next St. Louis visit.
Hold your nose and enjoy a cold shower!

We stayed here for one night. As soon as we opened the door to the hallway the stench was overwhelming! It smelled like someone set a skunk loose! The smell seemed to be confined to the hallway and it was late at night, so we went to our room and went to bed.
the following morning, there was no hot water in the sink or shower. The hotel had put a note under the door during the night telling they were going to have a water outage at 11:00 a.m., but said nothing about turning the hot water off! It was only 7:00 a.m.!

liked the place with accommodation staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. free wireless internet worked absolutely perfect. no hidden charges. nice to stay becoz its very close to airport and downtown.
