Arrived to the hotel and was surprised to see other hotels I had been looking at were LITERALLY right next door. The hotel appearance was nice, the room was clean and spacious. I traveled with my dog, and was pleased that majority of the staff took well to her. The breakfast buffet was disappointing-I'm not a big meat eater and was upset to find the only eggs mixed with ham. Staff were more than accommodating and quick with their service. First time at a Comfort Suites and surprised with how well the hotel was for our stay

The maid stole my cell phone from my room while I was at breakfast. I had only been gone fifteen minutes and came back to find the maid leaving my room. The phone was no longer on the nightstand. I immediately went to management and they kept defending their staff insisting they only hired honest people. The staff seemed pretty sketchy to me. I never did get my phone back. The hotel itself was nice... but not nice enough to be set back a 300 dollar cell phone. I would never ever stay here again. I'm still livid over the theft and how I was treated as a customer.

The Sheraton Park is a newly refurbished hotel. The hotel has a great lobby entrance and i liked the fact that is was an inside hallway hotel. The room was a good size and had two queen beds with the most comfy mattresses ever. They are Sweet Sleeper Beds. They were great!Unfortunately the room did not have a mini fridge in it.The bathroom was just fine nothing fancy. We had a balcony room and it overlooked Disneyland. The ride we saw from our room was Tower of Terror. If there had been fireworks we would of had a great view. The housekeeping was good. Kept us supplied with plenty of towels and wash cloths. We had a 27 " T.V. and all the channels you could hope for...HBO, Disney channel etc. My son and I ordered room service one night and it was very good. Fast and the food was hot and good. One particular great thing about this hotel was the Concierge service. The young men went out of their way to help us out. From booking a Universal Tour to getting us a ride back to the Airport. Top Notch on customer service. The walk to Disneyland was 10 minutes.The quality of this hotel is much better than the hotels close to the main gate. I have stayed at the Ramada and it was a dump but close to Disneyland. Some would prefer that. I must mention the pool area. It was very tropical with beautiful gardens and the pool was clean and deep. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would recommend it.

We stayed on the 14th Club level floor facing Disneyland. It was beautiful and we could see the fireworks at night from our balconey. Our Room also came with a wonderful contental Breakfast. There is also a very nice pool there an Shuttle service to Disney for $3.00 per person for the day.

This is by far the best Comfort Suites I have stayed at. It is beautifully decorated. The room was immaculate. The desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast was not staffed well enough so the food was not replenished as needed.
