Very Nice place to stay

We came to Holiday Inn to redeem our Priority Club points and it was an enjoyable stay. We got there at 3:00, and they told us our room would be ready in 15 minutes. The staff gave us a key to the pool and our kids swam for awhile. About 15 to 20 minutes later, a Holiday Inn staff person came to the pool area looking for us and told us our room was ready. It was a great place to stay and one of the nicer Holiday Inn's to stay at. If we are ever in the Colorado Springs area again, we would plan to stay here again. The rooms were nice and clean. We felt safe here and I felt like our car was safe here too. Nice pool, rooms werent dark inside, hallways were clean, 2 elevators instead of one, and nice large lobby area.

We stayed here when my son who isin the Army returned from a year in Iraq. It couldn't have been better! The rooms are large, clean, liked the safe in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that there is nothing within walking distance but we didn't let that deter us! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were large and the beds and bedding were clean, fresh, and comfortable. The only problem we had was our room did not get serviced on the first full day we were there. We were out all day long, came in about 3 p.m. and our room had not been touched. We did not complain that day because we were too tired and wanted to take a nap. The next day before leaving the hotel, we found the maid and tried to tell her that we had no service the day before. Obviously, she did not speak English and thought that we wanted no service that day. When we came back at the end of the day and saw the room had not been serviced, I called the desk clerk, and he got a crew up to take care of the room immediately. I really thought the hotel should have adjusted our bill accordingly, but they did not. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The meals in the dining room were good and reasonably priced.

Great Experience

This is an excellent option if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel. The rooms are inviting and clean and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that the exercise room is pretty dinky. On the upside my room was much nicer than I expected and it even had a view of the mountains!

I would go back!!

We had trouble locating this hotel but when we called the number to ask for directions they walked us through until we got to the main door. This hotel was really nice and in a great location for everything we wanted to see. The staff there was really nice and went out of their way to make sure our stay was nice. They didn't have any difficulty in changing our number of guests at check in (at no charge by the way) and even gave us an extra key. The only thing we had trouble with was that our phone had difficulty in our room and when I mentioned it to the front desk they said the maintenance man would fix it first thing in the morning. He never came. It was not looked at the whole time. But that was the only thing that went wrong.
