GREAT hotel. VERY CLEAN. Safe and comfortable. Good breakfast!

It is hard to know if your room is going to be what the internet says it is. You don't have to worry about the Comfort Inn Apple Valley. It was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed. The beds were comfortable and we had nice pillows. The staff was excellent, the cleaning staff was very impressive-attenitive to any and all needs. The breakfast was great. They had such a variety that evreyone was happy with their choices. The pools were clean and well maintained. You have the security of locked exterior doors that only guest can enter/exit. Over all this is a really great hotel with all the comforts of home away from home. My family will definately stay here again our next trip to the mountains.

The Comfort Inn Apple Valley is an outstanding hotel. They are located near all the activities in Sevierville/ Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area. The staff was exceptional, always had a warm greeting, called to ensure your stay was good and asked if you needed anything. The rooms are very large with nice balconies. The security is great, exterior doors are locked at all times. The entire hotel was just remodeled, new paint, wallpaper, and carpeting. The free breakfast had good selections and was constantly kept stocked and fresh no matter what time you ate. I would highly recommend this facility for families due too the rooms having so much storage and seating area. The rooms also have a fridge, microwave, and coffemakers. And if you do need a soda they dont charge a rediculous amout at the vending machine.

We have stayed at this motel many times and we were very disappointed that when we arrived Thursday evening, Oct.11, 2007. we were told that they gave our room away. I booked the room online, I ususally call and reserve it, but because we have a Choice Privilage account I booked the room through them. We just stayed at this same motel 3 months ago, July 6-8. The credit card that Choice Privilage had on file had been lost so we canceled it and I did not update the Choice Company. Apple Valley had the correct Visa number in their system from the July visit. I was disappointed that the staff at Apple Valley did not try to get us another room at a neaby Choice Motel. I felt like they had the resources to pull up the names and locations of the other motels in the area. As many times as we have stayed there over the past dozen years, loyality meant nothing.

Room was not cleaned properly.Coffee pot not empied dailyCups not replaced daily.However, towels were plentiful which was a blessing for 4..

These are very basic accommodations. Room, bed, coffee maker, and breakfast in the lobby in the morning. Room amenities limited to a color TV with cable. Rooms in the Gatlinburg area can often be sold out; therefore, this hotel is an option. Rooms usually run $75 and up. This room would probably go for $40 a night anywhere else. Staff is friendly.
