my husband and i were not happy with the area of the hotel the icebox was not cold and the room had a really bad odor we left the hotel the same day we arrived but returned the key on the 24th of july we did not want to come back to the area am not one to complain but you asked for an honest opinion thank you for asking for our opinion and i hope it helps for the next people who stay there

I read the reviews on here brfore going, but was looking for value and knew I would only be there one night. I was very surprised. You could tell the rooms were just painted and worked on. The kids at the front desk were very helpful. The manager bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. The pool was great, and the hotel very clean. Looking forward to our next trip to the area. We will definately stay here.

While checking in, other guests came to reception to complain about room cleanliness or smoke smell. Our room was on the surface clean, but really needs a deep cleaning or an upgrade, carpet was gross. Not a place to stay for a long time, but a day or two is OK.

I'm not someone to judge a book by its cover, but this place looked nice on the Internet and we looked forward to srriving, well, we were "shocked' to see what a filthy, run down place tiis was. We pulled in and the dumpster was full and trash on the ground, the room that we were assigned had not been cleaned, beds were all messed up, the windows were filthy, the mexican looking front desk guy was so rude and short, we were just so uncomfortable, he didn't even apolgize for the mistake. I ended up staying one night, cancelled my other two nights and went else where. It's ashamed that this property is so bad and so wore down. The breakfast was very very bad, they had no fruit, just bagels, bread, cereal and juice. I asked the black man at the Desk and he said they are under new management and the owner cut back on the breakfast, he said alot of things changed in July when the other manager left, he said they used to have waffles, fruits, granola bars and much more. The elderlty man at night was yelling at a guest when we went out to McDonald to bring some food back. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.

Very nasty, run down hotel.. Tons of garbage piled up by the pool area. The water was dirty. Our room was filthy. The a/c didnt work properly. I tried calling the front desk for over 30 minutes, no answer, went down there and older man working was outside smoking a cigarette. The phone was ringing off the hook. He was very abrupt and starting bad mouthing internet rates, I finally walked up, got my two children and left. I drove to international drive and found a motel there, very clean and nice. Very rough neighborhood where this super 8 is located. ---------- I should have known what I would get for $*.
