The hotel was secure, staff was very friendly, on check-in we must have looked very thirsty because the staff gave us each a bottle of cold water, much needed. Rooms where clean, did have an ant problem but cleaning staff reported this to maintenance who dealth with the little critters quickly. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are not fancy, but we did not go to Hawaii to spend a lot of time in the hotel. Hotel is walking distance to the beach, shopping and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay at the Aqua on a return trip.

The hotel is a great bargain and so is the parking.The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Beware!! Any rooms that end with 06 the sound of the elevator is like metal on metal. My son and his wife was given 06 room and they had to move the following morning. I would stay at the Aqua Palms again.

Aqua is the hotel for the budget minded,next to Hilton Hawaiin Village where you can cross the street and enjoy your vacation via Hilton,staff is friendly and courteous,would book here again for next trip...

We were looking for a clean, nice but not luxurious, hotel with a view for one or two nights before and after a cruise. This was perfect! It was convenient for sightseeing, shopping, the beach, and good restaurants; our room was clean and comfortable and had a very nice balcony view of the beach and Diamond Head. Staff was very helpful to us in storing our baggage before or after check in/out and making sure we had timely transportation to and from the cruise ship. We couldn't have been happier, and will definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Honolulu!

I had stayed there once before, this time we had three rooms for a family event. Rooms are relatively small, but excellent location, very clean, placed all three rooms together. The staff could not have neen better. We had a late flight, so they stored our luggage until our cab pickup. All of us were very happy with it. The pool is small and the breakfast is adequate, but all is friendly, plus you are right on the bus line. A great value for Hawaii, and I have been there every year for 25 years.
