Not the best trip.

We were very disapointed with LaQuinta. We did not get the room we had paid in advance for. We complained at the desk and they did NOT give us a satisfactory response. We were told they did not have what we paid them for and what they offered to us instead was a lesser room than what they had already given us. DUH!!! TV channels were awful and the ammenities were not good. The only thing I can say was that the bed was nice and the free breakfast saved us a little money. We will never stay at a LaQuinta again.
Great Value

This hotel has surpassed our expectations in every way. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is close to enough to the I-75 highway, a few miles from downtown and 30-45 minutes from Marco Island. Thirty-minutes after check-in we received a phone call from the front desk to check on our status and needs if any. I've stayed in many hotels - domestic & international - and this was a first! The continental breakfast was ample - cold cereal, hard-boiled egg, bagel, toast, banana muffin, coffee, hot chocolate, yogurt, waffle (waffle-maker style); however, the area was too small to accommodate the rush of hotel guests in the morning. If you are a savvy traveler looking for an cost-friendly, clean, convenient, courteous location, then this is the "camp" for you!

This was the second time I had stayed here and it was just as good as 2 years earlier. The continental breakfast is fairly simple but the room is clean and it's in a safe, convenient location. You can't beat it for the money.
A Wonderful Deal

I got a package deal online and found the motel to be very nice. For 9 days, the motel was quiet and had a super bed (I have a very bad back). Softest towels I've ever felt. The Contiental breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Staff was excellent. There's not much going on in the area and the Gulf is 20 minutes away but overall I was very pleased.

located off the interstate exit 101, this is a travel hotel with easy access to Marco Island which is about 20 miles to the south. this hotel is also an easy 40 minute drive from the Southwest Florida International Airport south of Fort Myers. The hotel did not have much highway noise. Staff was efficient and friendly at check-in and -out. A clean basic room that was put back in order by the time I'd return around 1 p.m. [leaving 6:30 a.m.]. hi-speed wireless internet with quick internet. tv sets could use some updating in the future to flat screens. networks, sports and cable news stations plus HBO are on the tv lineup. morning breakfasts were posted to open at 7 on weekends, but I'd found them open when I went downstairs at 6:30 (probably for all the early tee times; this is one golf mecca) and 5:30 during weekdays. basic bagles, cereal, danish, toasters, make your own waffles, fruit, boiled eggs, coffee, fruit juices are on tap. the morning manager was always pleasant and asked if there was anything I needed. 24 hour fast food in walking distance. didnt' use the pool, but did notice others doing so without complaint. well lighted parking lot. overall a pleasant stay with clean room, convenience, and good value.
