This is the first time I have ever recovered an item left behind in a hotel room ever. I left my iPad in the room, and did not notice for more than 24 hours. I have left things behind before, but when I call, no one can find anything. The iPad is ...Read more

This hotel was very dated and felt dirty because of the dingy walls, lighting, furnishings, etc.... I would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The room was clean and tidy. Could walk around room with bare feet or stocking feet and not have dirty feet. Trust me this is not normal. Very quiet room.

They advertise that they have an airport shuttle, but if you ask to utilize this amenity you are a complete inconvenience. Either they don't have enough staff or they just plain don't want to help you out. If you don't mind being an inconvenience to ...Read more

Carpets are worn out, treadbare. No elevators making it difficult for us "old people" to haul bags upstairs. Security entrance door to wing did not close. Had to wait until after 10pm to find a parking place in their lot because of a convention ...Read more

I was picked up by the very friendly shuttle service at the airport. When we arrived, I asked about food and she gave me about 8 options within walking distance! They were all good; it was really amazing. I went to Marie Calendar's and had pie and ...Read more
