Quote: The room and staff were very good; clean, friendly and a good value for the money. The pool was Not very clean.

Better than anticipated.

Quote: I have stayed at Ramadas throughout the country and they have seemed ... well, average. The Moab facility is different due to the staff they have; the clerks and housekeeping went beyond the "usual" and treated my group with grace and smiles.

mediocre in Moab

Quote: Since it was the middle of winter, most of Moab was closed, but this hotel was in dire need of updating. For the off-season price of $65, I think it was overpriced for what you got. And the "free" internet barely worked.

Pretty Great Room!

Quote: The hotel looked more like a motel on the outside, and honestly wasn't expecting much until I got into our room, which was very nice. We had a pretty big flat screen tv, beautiful bathroom and beds with lots of pillows and I had no problems at all.... Read the full Ramada Inn review

Off-season special

Quote: This was not what I would consider up to par for a Ramada Inn and $*++ a night room. I could not get the WiFi to work, and the hotel was equivalent to what I've been paying for an econolodge - about $45 a night in major cities. But since it was... Read the full Ramada Inn review

Quote: We were very impressed with the room and service. The room appeared to be recently remodeled, very tastefully done and clean. The microwave and refrigerator were a plus for our travel goodies. We felt the $* charge for the extra person was... Read the full Ramada Inn review

A Very Bad Experience

  • October 26, 2009
Quote: I reserved this room on Travelocity. I tried to cancel as plans changed. Both Travelocity and The Ramada said that the reservation could not be cancelled, because it was a $176 room for &89.00. Having to forfeit the entire price, we proceeded to... Read the full Ramada Inn review

Hotel Closed

  • March 26, 2009
Quote: When we arrived in Moab, we found out that the Ramada was closed. We were sent to the Super 8 hotel. We stayed two nights. Maid service was not provided. We contacted the front desk and was informed that there would be no maid service and no... Read the full Ramada Inn review

Not bad

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • October 25, 2008
Quote: When we got there, there was a sign that said the counter person would be back in a few minutes. 15 minutes later, they got there, so I had to wait another 5 minutes to get checked in due to the back-log of customers. The room was OK. It had a... Read the full Ramada Inn review
