It is a very nice, updated hotel. Easy access to everything and nice to have a restaurant attached and you do not even have to go outside.

The HVAC unit was exceptionally noisy and we ended up turning off the AC so we could sleep even though the temps were in the 80's
Excedllent value for traveler in the Des Moines area.

I stayed here when in town for pleasure and everything was quiet and comfortable for my kids and me.
No role away bed.
