Fabulous

What a great stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Concierge gave us great ideas as to where to eat and go out. The room was very clean and modern and I had a lot of fun. Very highly recommend it and its near all of the art attractions like the Museum of Modern Art and only a few blocks from Union Square. I'm so happy we stayed there!

Great Location and Service

We got in very early that morning and they let us check in. Concierge and staff were all 100% on service. Perfect location for Union Sq. shopping and Moscone Center.

This hotel is definitely one of the best I've stayed in over my 20+ years as a business traveller. Even when I had a problem they were gracious to be sure to remedy the situation quickly and courteously. No one's perfect, but this hotel is pretty darn close in my opinion!

A W-onderful Weekend

The W Hotel San Fran... the right everything - room, view, food, bar, spa, service, attentiveness. Courteous, personalized service, combined with excellent facilities made for a wonderfull time away from the stress of running my own business. Having stayed at all the W's in NYC and a few others across the US, this level of excellence was no surprise , but the W San Fran was still able to get to the top of the W pile in my opinion. Kudos, props and thanks!

The facilities were beautiful, and the interior smelled great. You get this cool array of Bliss Spa products in your room: aromatic shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion (aka "body butter"). The gym and pool with a Jacuzzi is nice, though small. The service was average (they didn't have matches!), but overall, it was a nice place to be in a good location.
