Not a bad stay

My husband & I stayed 3 nights. The shower was never really hot, despite our complaints. After maintenance tried to fix it, It was at least warm enough to take a shower. Fortunately, we didn't have to find a place to park on a regular basis, since we rode with family who were locals. When we did have to park, it was very difficult to find a space due to barriers for valet parking. On the up-side, the beds were VERY comfortable & we slept very well. Food is expensive, so we ate off site most of the time. The staff was friendly enough. Wouldn't be my first choice, but we would probably stay here again if we couldn't find anything else that was convenient.

The staff at the hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, just some small chips out of the bathtub-nothing major. Would stay here there again.

We liked this hotel. Beds are great! Very quiet. All the remodeling is done and looks very updated and fresh. The pool area is beautiful, however, pool did not feel heated, as stated. The front desk staff was excellent at helping us out with directions, and letting us check out late because of a later flight. Very convenient location to airport.

If you enjoy having workmen drilling in the floor directly above your room starting at 8:30 in the morning and not ending until after 6:30 pm, then this is the place for you. Apparently the Sheraton management has decided that rather than leave the impacted rooms vacant and requiring their contractors to do their noisy work during very specific mid-day hours, they will instead do damage control on those individuals who complain. You won't need to tolerate it or complain if you go elsewhere, which I highly recommend. Nice pool and hot tub to go to escape from your noisy room.

Liked the hotel and service, nice rooms and view. Remodeling underway so some noise early in mornings
