Unfortunately, we checked into this hotel before clafiying what was included with our stay. One of the websites states that this hotel is all inclusive and we certainly did not receive any kind of service such as help with our luggage. The website stated continental breakfast was included, but there was not even one piece of fruit to be found in the lobby area. When I inquired about this at the front desk, I was told nothing was included. My family specifically chose this hotel because of the heated indoor pool for our elderly mother. The pool was freezing cold and when another guest and I inquired, we were given the brush off. I complained to the on-duty manager, but was told to fill out some form which stated they would come to some agreement about reducing the rate of my room. I was NEVER contacted by anyone from Holiday Inn nor was there a refund or reduction in the $109.00 room price. Beautiful hotel but incompentent management and staff. I am making another trip there this March as well, but am not planning to stay at this hotel unless they made me a real deal.

The restaurant is superb. Even if you aren't staying but traveling through the area stop and eat at the restaurant. Unbelievable Georgia cooking!

We stayed here for 5 nights while my wife had training at the nearby Federal Training Center. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The King Suite was perfect for our needs with our 10 month old.
