I travel alot to Juneau and the only place I stay is here at the Extended Stay.
The rooms are clean, it is quiet. And the front of the house staff are very friendly and willing to help you any way they can. I had problems with thier room and they were there and fixed it right away. I will recommend this place to anyone I know!

I was there 10 days hotel front desk said hi only twice otherwise they ignored me. Exercise room sparse only two exercies choices.
Room service one a week they never cleaned my room.
Placed boxes for trash outside the room it took two days to pick up.
I was entitled to a voucher for free stay in future did not bother to pick up.
Washer and Dryer were convenient.
Don't stay at this hotel...

THis hotel has gone down hill since it changed from ASPEN to Extended Stays. What you should know...
1. Rooms are dirty and only cleaned once per week.
2. They do not provide shampoo, you have to ask for coffee.
3. Service staff are no where to be found late at night, I recently tried to check out early in the am, but no one was there.
4. They lost my last reservation.
5. They advertise a shuttle van to and from the airport, but frequently don't have a driver.
I stayed at this hotel because I don't have a lot of options as a state employee. I would advise others to pick another location.

The room was neat and included a small kitchenet. It would have been tight with another person though. Overall I was happy with my stay and would stay there again. Location is across from airport. Easy walk to transit system if not renting car.

On a two week vacation through AK, this was the most expensive and the worst accomadation we experienced. Upon arrival they lost our reservation, the carpet was dirty, there was mold growing in the shower, no breakfast when we came downstairs, wireless internet? yes, for an extra fee. Don't bother stopping at this facility.
