THis hotel has gone down hill since it changed from ASPEN to Extended Stays. What you should know... 1. Rooms are dirty and only cleaned once per week. 2. They do not provide shampoo, you have to ask for coffee. 3. Service staff are no where to be found late at night, I recently tried to check out early in the am, but no one was there. 4. They lost my last reservation. 5. They advertise a shuttle van to and from the airport, but frequently don't have a driver. I stayed at this hotel because I don't have a lot of options as a state employee. I would advise others to pick another location.

The room was neat and included a small kitchenet. It would have been tight with another person though. Overall I was happy with my stay and would stay there again. Location is across from airport. Easy walk to transit system if not renting car.

On a two week vacation through AK, this was the most expensive and the worst accomadation we experienced. Upon arrival they lost our reservation, the carpet was dirty, there was mold growing in the shower, no breakfast when we came downstairs, wireless internet? yes, for an extra fee. Don't bother stopping at this facility.

This hotel is undergoing renovation, but still trying to take customers. They do not deal with it well. Most od what you see is not true - no pool, no laundry, water is off much of the day, the halls are dirty, gounds are littered to the extreme,and it is generally unhospitable. Go elsewhere.
