This hotel was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfasts were very good and served by a very pleasant waitress. The view from our room of the Bay Bridge was impressive.

Spit Polish from the moment you walk in the door. Friendly and responsive staff, immaculate throughout. As good a managed hotel I've seen.

This was a welcome hotel after spending the rest of the week off of the 99 Fwy in lower-level hotels. I felt safe and comfortable here, although I still had fwy noise.

Bay view was obstructed...not spectacular. Booking the 3rd party Travelocity was limited to room up to 5th floor. Twin bed is smaller than normal.
No complaints; I had a great stay.
