Confirm your room with the hotel

Our flight was late getting in and when we checked in the hotel said they were overbooked and did not have the correct type of room (2 double beds). We complained, but they put us in a king room with a horrible cot and an old worn out blanket, and a promise to move us the next day. We went back down and complained to the manager and suddenly they found an appropriate room for us. Once we were settled with the room everything else for the rest of our stay was great. If you're checking in late, make sure you call ahead so they hold the correct room for you. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient, you can take the Bart train from there into San Francisco.

My stay was very nice. The staff was kind and obliging. The room was clean and I had everything I needed. When I would call for service someone would be there right away. The bed was heavenly. The pool was private and easy to get to. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Thank you.

Hotel is still under renovation. Rooms are ok, but whole first floor (include reception) is under construction. And there is no bar in hotel. And....I found a big piece (4x8 ???) of plywood under my matress !!!!!!! Also you have to pay for parking. (around $20 per night)

Lack of support service

I get hold for 15 minutes to order food through room service. I got a map from the bell counter and asked the staff for direction. The staff was not very friendly and show annoying to answer question. Finally, he gave me a direction that was not right. From the hotel to downtown San Francisco needs to get on 101 and 80, then exit 4th street. The direction that he gave me was go on 101 and get off at 4th St.There is no 4th St exit on 101. The hotel charge $11 for the internet service was not listed clear on the website. Most of the hotel's internet service are free. I suggest the hotel post their charge online, so people will aware. The food was fine and other services are ok.
