Somehow I ended up booked at this hotel three trips in a row. The first was barely adequate. We used the pool and left early in the morning due to poor customer service. The second was awful. In room internet didn't work and I needed it for online school. I ended up screaming and yelling to get them to try and fix the problem which was still unresolved by the time I left. By the third, we'd booked a 2 double bed room for my entire family (3 people) and were given a single bed. I had to argue and scream at the front desk to accomplish anything. If you value your sanity and have any desire to pursue self-preservation, please stay somewhere else.
