I can't even begin to explain what is wrong with this place. It should be condemned. It's hard to feel safe while staying here due to the location and because the door from the outside of the place allows anyone to enter without a card. I think Vegas rooms have seen less wear than this place. AVOID IT. The rooms are dirty and unkept. Please heed the warning, cause I didn't and I paid for it big time, STAY AWAY ALL.
Pleasant Surprise

My wife was pleasantly surprised. Very reasonable rate, and while the hotel has not been redone in a while, it worked out well for us. Close to the highway, not too far to Tony Packo's Cafe and Cedar Point National Wildlife Refuge.

Very run down and due to a broken pipe on the first floor ( Dec 24) the hallway was soaked and smelled. The price Vs the amenities offered is good, but its in run down part of Toledo, and hotel has seen better days.

We stayed there for one night in July, they were renovating the hotel, so some sections did not look appealing, but other than that, it was a good stay. The bathroom was a little small. If I had to go there again, I would not mind staying there.

My husband and I stayed here after passing by it on a previous trip. The price sounded good, and pictures on-line looked ok, but we were extremely disappointed in our stay. The hotel itself is dirty, smells, and is in obvious bad condition. Our room was also dirty- the bedding was full of stains, the bed itself is very uncomfortable, the curtain had very weird and disturbing looking stains on it, we had several flies in our room, the sliding door was full of bugs, the bathroom looked disgusting- we didnt even take a shower because of the build-up of mildew and mold. Its worth paying more money to stay a mile down the street in a CLEAN facility. The restaurant was a joke- only a few people in there, no air conditioning, no menus, only a handful of liquor, and it looked dirty too. The location is good- right off the freeway and close to downtown Toledo, but it was not worth the money!
