Quote: We've stayed in the hotel before and like before it was a very nice stay. The room is very clean and the staff very friendly. We arrived in Cleveland early and I needed to use the restroom, so while I used their restroom the restroom, the woman at... Read the full Comfort Inn Downtown review

Quote: I stayed here Jan 21, 2010 in a whirlpool suite. The hotel was nice. When we first got off the elevator all I could smell is the bread from the subway downstairs, this made me start to worry am I going to smell this all night. Much to my surprise... Read the full Comfort Inn Downtown review

Quote: When I booked my stay, it was pretty much last minute. When they said it was a Comfort Inn, I was less than enthusiastic. But - my own poor planning & less than robust budget forced my hand. Nothing wrong with *this* Comfort Inn. Nice location,... Read the full Comfort Inn Downtown review

Quote: If your staying over by CSU, this hotel is perfect. If your going to the Indians/Cavs game, it can be a walk but not that long considering the price. If your going to the Browns game, it might be better to stay a little closer. As far as the hotel,... Read the full Comfort Inn Downtown review

Quote: Stayed August, 2008 for one night. One of the worst-maintained, dirty hotels I've seen. Mattresses stored on the floor in the middle of game room. Bar not open. Wallpaper peeling. Wouldn't stay again.

Quote: It is located a block from the Salvation Army and smells like wet paint and pickles. When we tried to resolve the issue the manager call us liars hung up on my husband.
