We stayed at the Sheraton West Des Moines for the weekend and had a great time. The hotel is close to I-35 and easy to get to. It's about 15 minutes from the airport and the Blank Zoo. The room was comfortable and good sized. The beds were nice too. The staff was very friendly. The only downside, is that we were a little disappointed in the breakfast buffet. We would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Even though we stayed a short time. The staff was always friendly. Our room was always clean, the housekeeping service was excellent. The hotel itself is in a very nice are with nice restaurants in the area and your fast food also, everything is close. Nice pool, nice hot tub. But most important was the friendly service we recieved and the cleanliness of the hotel. I will definetly recommend this hotel to anyone, with family, children, single, etc. And I will be staying again if Im ever in the area. Thank you.

My sister, brother, neice and I went to visit my dad in Des Moines this past weekend and stayed at the Sheraton. The hotel has a beautiful atrium with a waterfall and glass elevators. Our room was very clean and had floor to ceiling windows! You may order your breakfast the night before and request what time you want them to bring it to you in 15 min intervals! We ordered our breakfast in the morning. Even though the hotel was packed (soccer and softball events and 2 weddings!!), our breakfast was delivered within 1/2 hour. It was very good!

This hotel has every characteristic you seek. Quiet, clean, comfortable well-equiped rooms. courtesy with all employees.Always my top choice in Des Moines.
