Hotel had recently been taken over by Menzies Group, who claimed they were slowly remodeling. Room door was ajar on arrival, at 7pm Wallpaper was coming off walls in bedroom, bathroom grouting was dirty one of beds was not made properly. Upholstery on furniture in Cocktail Bar was greasy dirty. The person who was supposed to be serving breakfast had overslept, and front desk had not realized until guests pointed out there was NOBODY in the dining room. The driver of the Hotel minibus brought coffee, and milk so we could help ouselves to a Continental Breakfast. Dining room staff eventually arrived 15 mins late, by which time I did not have enough time for the cooked breakfast (that was included in my room rate) breakfast before leaving for the airport. Minibus driver and person serving in the cocktail bar were really the only people who were welcoming. Duty Manager was not available at check-out to rectify problems. Having said all of this, the travel agent Reviews were pretty accurate, so it was a risk I'd taken. Served its purpose, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel was a * British pound ride from the airport although the website said it was very close. The front desk staff were very nice. The room was "tight" for two people with luggage. The bathroom came with some personal items....soap, shampoo, shower cap. The shower was good except there was some mold in the tile. The beds (two twin beds) were very hard. The website stated that they have a van to take you to the airport but didn't say it costs * British pounds. The van wasn't available when we had to leave so the desk staff got us a cab and we were only charged the * pounds. This hotel was fine for one night but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. It has some charm but is very "tired" looking and is in need of an update. In addition, the doors slam loudly so we could hear our neighbors coming and going. We didn't dine at the hotel because we checked in too late and left too early the next moirning for the airport.
