This is not the most elegant hotel in the world, but I was very impressed with the quality & friendliness of this hotel's staff....from the front desk personnel, to the restaraunt waitresses, and even from the maintenance man who efficiently made a small repair in my room. I don't get impressed too easily, but I was impressed by the staff at this hotel. This property is close to several good restarants, and two blocks away from Westfield Mall
