The Learmonth Hotel is located near the Dean Bridge, a 15 minute walk to Princes Street. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was fine. They served a cold and hot breakfast. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. Also included, were toast, yogurt, juice, fruit, and cold cereal. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, which was handy if you didn't have the energy to walk to Princes Street or Rose Street for dinner. The staff was very helpful. They arranged for transportation to the airport and confirmed our flight arrangements. There was no public Internet kiosk
