Very nice hotel with spacious room and Internet Access. A bit pricey. Also, no treadmill to run/walk on though they said they had one on the phone.

I was a little worried because of previous reviews, but needed a hotel with an airport shuttle. I was relieved to find a clean room, polite staff, and an airport shuttle. It was absolutely fine and a very good experience.
bad hospitality

Our family of 5 (with small children) arrived late at night on an airport shuttle. We found the staff very aloof and uninterested. We discovered they booked our room on the second floor with no elevators to transport our luggage. They offered no help to get us to our room, so we had to leave our luggage unattended several times while one of watched the children in the room and the other made numerous trips to carry the luggage up the steps and down the hall to our room!
