Great place with nice, helpful staff!

This hotel had the nicest staff we have dealt with in a long time! They were so friendly and they did their very best to answer any questions we had about the area. They were even able to send us to a nearby restaurant based on what we wanted to eat and for what price. The hotel is old, but a very glamorous/ritzy kind of old and it is in great condition (it looks like it's been refurbished). We stayed in a basic room with a king bed and the room was huge and had a very nice balcony with a great view and good TV channels. Our 3 petty complaints are these: we had to go down 1 floor to get ice; we had to pay for local calls and it was $12 to park in their lot for 1 night (and we were lucky to find a spot--valet is even more); and they didn't provide hair conditioner, only conditioning shampoo. They did, however, provide a complimentary newspaper and we could have extended our checkout time if we wanted (but normal checkout time is at noon!). One other perk is their rooftop pool (heated and open year round, I believe), but we never checked it out. Also, the hotel is right in downtown Denver and within walking distance to other restaurants (besides the one in the hotel), convenience stores, etc. They are very close to the Denver Art Museum, Library, Capitol, etc. and they do provide a complimentary car to take you anywhere around the area (we didn't use it, though). Overall, a great place to stay and we would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone.

Great Hotel in Heart of Denver

This is the second time we have stayed at the Warwick. It is an older hotel with ambiance and a really top quality staff. Rooms are older but nice with balconies and a beautiful view of Denver. Within walking distance of the fabulous 16th Street Mall !! Complimentary town car service to areas near the hotel make it easy to get around downtown Denver. The staff is very professional and nice and the restaurant, Randolph's is awesome! We visit Denver every three months on personal business and this is our hotel !!!

Not into service

1- 30 minutes after calling for the valet to get our car it wasn't ready. This at an extra $18/d for parking 2- Bartender couldn't be bothered to put a birthday candle on desert ordered in the bar (of necessity as the Restaurant closed 1 hour early) until tipped generously and provided with a candle that a front desk staff member obtained from the kitchen without difficulty after the bartender claiimed none were available. 3- Restaurant and bar closed 1 hour earlier than posted times of operation without any notice except by the staff at the time they decided to close.

Great staff, but terrible room

After staying at the Warwick Melorse in Dallas, I had high expectations, but the room was more like a Holiday Inn that needed to be remodeled than the luxury hotel I thought I was getting. I have stayed in better decorated Motel 6's. Shabby furniture; wi-fi that was unreliable; a bed as hard as a rock; and, bedding like sandpaper. I was very disappointed. Had I been staying longer, I would have asked for a different room. I mentioned to the limo driver on the way to the airport that I had been disappointed in the room. He said he had heard that the rooms there were not very good. The shuttle driver on my trip in had said the same. The staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful and the restaurant was excellent.

Used the hotel for in town family wedding held across the street. Check in and car valet were friendly and efficient. Room(standard not suite) good size, bath very large. Balcony large. A/C worked great. Breakfast on the terrace was good and reasonably priced.
