The staff was courteous, very helpful and personable. The room was large with a great view. We appreciated the use of a personal safe and the room service from Randolph's was very good! The hotel is perfectly situated to be close to downtown but still away from the hustle and bustle. Well done!

Absolutely loved the place! Just blocks away from the downtown Mall on 16th and the LoDo area. Free shuttles to anywhere downtown. The staff could not have been any nicer. The roof top heated pool was a pleasure after a long day of hiking and rafting. When we arrived we decided to upgrade our room, the front desk worked with us and we went from a queen double room to a corner suite (2 rooms, 2 beds, kitchen area, walk-in closet and a huge balcony) for only $ more a night!
If you stay don't pay for parking, right behind where they valet park, you can park on the street and not pay a dime, a big savings!

Had a great time in Denver, and the property was all we could have asked for. Staff was great, room was very comfortable, and the location was great. The property is just a half step off the beaten path which makes it feel more quiet and comfortable, but it's close enough to anything you would want to do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The overall experience was okay.
Front Desk Personnel Great
Bar/Dinner Personnel Great
Room Service Late and Food was terrible
Housekeeping - Was out of the room from 10:00 to after 3:30. That is when housekeeping decided to show up. I requested for them to come back in an hour or so. They would not comply. In fact I am not sure the lady even understood me.
