My husdand and I decided to try to Sugar Beach Resort based upon some other reviews we saw on travel sites. As far as pricing goes for a spa room it is priced reasonably well and right on par with other Inns in T.C. The front staff was very friendly and eager to help us with any need that we had. The room was nice to look at the bathroom was wonderful. But I would not spend another night at this Inn unless is was the last room in TC. From the inside of our room you could hear everything the neighboring rooms were doing, while in the bathroom washing my face for the night I heard my neighbor using the restroom through the paper thin walls. While watching the staticy TV in our room we had to turn the volume up to almost the top volume level because you could not hear it over the neighbors running the water to fill their spa tub, which in turn our loud tv bother the neighbors on the other side of us who were trying to sleep. Now noises I can forgive, I understand it can happen at any hotel depending on who you are rooming next to. The thing I can not forgive is an uncomfortable bed in the room. My husband and I both woke up in physical pain after a night of tossing and turning from our lumpy mattress and flat non supportive pillows. We checked out of our room almost 12 hours ago and my neck and back are still pain.

Great service. I was able to take advantage of off-season pricing, which was a big plus
