Resort Experience:
This resort is one of the best in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool area(s) are clean and beautifully landscaped. Playground areas for kids. It was very quiet at our room location. Enjoy the whirlpool in your room. Many restaurants are nearby on Scottsdale Road. Just let the concierge know what you want for an activity and they'll guide you to the place. Location is great - just off Hwy. 101; makes it easy to get around the area.

Our room was beautiful, clean, very spacious, and just what we wanted. Outside our room, there was a walkway planted with lovely plants, so you got all the little birds and lizards visiting.

The pool area was huge. Lots of activites going on for the guests. A waterfall that you could go under. Floats were available too.

Best Things Nearby:
Next door to the TPC at Scottsdale. Close to a variety of golf courses, shopping, upscale restaurants, and clubs.

Best Things About the Resort:
Lovely relaxing courtyards between units. Pool and hot tub area very sheltered. Activities every day for guests. Comfortable and clean.

Resort Experience:
Our one-bedroom deluxe suite was beautifully furnished with a large full kitchen, bath with shower and double sinks in the vanity, living room, dining room, and bedroom/Jacuzzi. Two TVs, gas fireplaces, and patio. Very clean with a combination safe, fully-equipped kitchen with full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, blender, insinkerator. Also hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. No maid service. Concierge arranged tee times and provided info on shopping and dining. Facility also has pool, hot tub, and exercise equipment.

Every day there were activities in the clubhouse and excursions to shopping malls, etc. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Best Things Nearby:
Grocery, shopping, golf courses.

Best Things About the Resort:
Room, pool, staff.

Resort Experience:
Amazing! We exchanged our week at the Inn at Mazatlan for this beautiful one-bedroom ground floor unit and were very impressed. The bedroom was huge with a king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub, fireplace (not that it was needed), TV, VCR, and entrance to the patio. It includes one ample-sized bathroom, a full kitchen, and a dining area. The living room area is comfy and includes a TV, VCR, and stereo system. The only downfall in the room is that it really is not suitable for 4 adults to sleep in, as the pull-out sofa is extremely uncomfortable. I'm not really sure that I would even recommend it for small children. The two girls from our party that slept in it were 14 and 19 years old, each weighing no more than 100 lbs. (They were sore after waking up.)

The pool area is beautiful, with a waterfall, hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. There is a small snack bar that sold alcoholic beverages pool-side. Overall, the resort more than met our needs and we hated to go home.

Best Things About the Resort:
Great pool. Setting was very southwest. Lots of waterfalls on the grounds.

Resort Experience:
This was a great resort located in north Scottsdale that's very close to freeway access. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Staff was great. Breakfast was served at poolside Thursday through Sunday, so you could stay at the resort. Dinner and activities were planned for some evenings.
