Depressing dark basement rooms, small beds

This hotel has a great location, fairly reasonable prices, and room was clean. However, the rooms are dingy, dark, and depressingly small box-like structures.
The beds are small and uncomfortable with only one wafer-like pillow, to add insult to injury. The management apparently wants to maximize its profits, so don't expect a lot of frills. Thrift-shop quality towels and LinenThey provide the bare minimum.
Next time will stay at another more cheerful hotel.

Honestly, for $*/night i dont know what the other people commenting expected...it was more than what we paid for, i was scepticle, but it was surprizingly clean and we had fresh towels every day. Worth the money 100%
