Family of Four just loved this hotel.

Excellent value! Suites are VERY large, and have very nice view of water. 30 minutes of free long-distance calling/day. Free internet. Large, stylish bathroom. Fridge. Nice continental breakfast. We have 2 small children, so the sofabed came in very handy too. I travel for a living, and this was truly one of the best hotels I've stayed in for the money.

I was pretty angry that their listing advises free high-speed internet, but doesn't indicate that that is not available in standard rooms. I had to upgrade to a suite to accomplish what I needed to. Would not recommend for business travel for that reason.

Front desk was pleasant and helpful, accomodations were clean and spacious. Had some difficulty getting onto 880 north from hotel location (about 20 minutes from S.F.). Breakfast was plentiful, but limited to cold items and toaster/microwave items.

Service is priority at the Executive Inn, from helpful personnel to conveniences provided to guests. Their shuttle picked us up & dropped us off anywhere we needed to be, until 11:00 P.M.The breakfast bar offers a wide range of choices and is generously supplied. Our room was spacious & clean, comfortably furnished, and even had a small refrigerator.We will not hesitate to return there on our next Oakland trip.
