we just finished hiking in and out of the grand canyon in 2 days. We could barely walk and drove 1and 1/2 hours to sedona. When we got to the hotel i asked the lady for a room on the bottom floor ,since i could barely walk . She checked us into a spa room at no extra charge and it was beautiful and perfect. We walked in and saw the big jacuzzi tub and sleep number bed, WOW. We went to the pool, drank margaritas, and ate a great * dollar dinner special at their restaurant. We were very impressed by the service, friendly people and great food. Needless to say , we did not play tennis the next day but wish we could have on their courts. The beauty was fantastic.

My fiancee and I went up there for our 2 year anniversary, upon check in our room was upgraded for free which had a king size sleep number bed, a jacuzzi and a fireplace, and a back porch with incredible mountain views, The staff also had a free bottle of champagne sent to us. We ate a T Carls resturant while we were there, the food is very good, prices are really good if you are on a budget, We also spent some time at the resort they have several ducks at 4 ponds within the golf course which just added a nice touch as my fiancee loves ducks, the outside pool and jacuzzi were very well maintained. I decided on this hotel after reading reviews on Travelocity the rooms were not outdated whatsoever, they do have a massage place onsite however they were costly we ended up going to a different place for our massages. If you are going to the Sedona area I would highly recommend Radisson Poco Diablo Resort. we had an unforgettable time and we plan on going back again very soon.

Good Views, not great service...

We stayed here two days ago and booked through *, and got a good deal as far as what we payed and what they want for a room. When we arrived "Jan" the snooty front desk clerk stuck her nose in the air as soon as she realized our reservation was through*, she asked if we had a room preference and I stated "something with a view and patio would be great", she quickly pointed out "that is not what you paid for on Priceline!" She must have sensed my blood beginning to boil, she offered us a king room with a fireplace if "someone asked for a free upgrade". The room was nice and big, kinda dirty in spots like the black finger prints on the A/C access door. Sleep number bed I hated, it was like an air mattress, they were not willing to bend on the check out time even though I asked if the room was available for one more night if we chose to stay and it was. We paid $* a night for this place which is all I would pay NEVER the * they want.

Great Room-Terrible Food

We enjoyed our room. The hotel did a nice job remodeling and updating the rooms but needs to serve higher end quality food. They overcharged for their breakfast buffet and served very cheap frozen, previously prepared food.
