Best Things Nearby:
The beautiful red rocks are everywhere, even able to be viewed by opening the curtains and walking out onto the golf course. The Grand Canyon is an easy day trip, as are the Verde Canyon Railroad and the Slide Rock State Park.

Best Things About the Resort:
The resort's location is excellent. It is just on the edge of town, so nighttime is peaceful and quiet, yet town is a few minutes away. The resort is set down in a small valley-like setting beside a river on a pretty nine-hole golf course. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Resort Experience:
Except for the golf course and the pool, the resort doesn't have many activities of its own. There is a nice grilling setup with tables and chairs beside the river, but this is a resort to launch from or to just relax and enjoy the setting in. Sitting out in the lawn swing on a beautiful morning does a lot for a hurried mind. There are activities at sister resorts in town, and one we enjoyed a lot was stargazing through the telescope used to discover the Hale-Bopp comet. Its inventor and his wife presented at the event, which made it quite informative. There was also a free flute concert from a man who made all nine flutes, from which he played amazing music.

The studio unit we had at the resort was more than adequate for our needs, with an extra dressing area and a wonderful Jacuzzi tub. Since we were there in the summer, the fireplace just added ambience, but would be very nice in winter. The kitchen area was compact and very useful. We had shopped in Phoenix on our way there, but Sedona is very modern and has two nice grocery stores.

Our unit was well-stocked with the little extra items like paper towels and dish soap. We got maid service midweek, which was appreciated.

Best Things Nearby:
Everything is within about a 10-minute drive. Movies, golf, shopping, and restaurants.

Best Things About the Resort:
It was small and easy to get in and out of and within a short distance of everything.

Resort Experience:
One-bedroom, well-equipped. It had a nice electric fireplace, which we enjoyed, and two TVs. We found it quite comfortable and would like to return.

This is the BEST kept secret in Sedona. Our one-bedroom condo was right on the cool banks of Oak Creek, nestled in the shady trees. It is cool, quiet, and secluded -- my favorite accommodation (other than the $300+ per night Enchantment or B&B).

It is so peaceful, yet within walking distance from a cute nine-hole golf course --- the only course I have played because it is RELAXED. There's also a pool. It seems to be the mainstay of adults, but there are some families there. The are very few units, unlike the Sedona Summit (where I own and trade for this place!).

Best Things Nearby:
Mini golf course on premises if you just want to knock the ball around a little.

Best Things About the Resort:
Great rooms, nice pool and jacuzzi, setting on the brook, location just outside of town so not jammed in by traffic. The in-room two-person Jacuzzi was awesome!

Resort Experience:
This timeshare was very relaxing, with patios either on the brook or on the golf course. Our room was on the course, near the small pond that held VERY large fish (4 feet long). Certainly not the carp I am used to seeing! The pool and hot tub were always clean. Pool temp was a little chilly for some, but being a New Englander, it was fine for me. The kids did not seem to mind!
