This was my first experience with a Doubletree hotel & I was very satisfied. I was treated with courtesy & respect even though I had a change in my reservation which required a 2 night refund. The problem was resolved immediately & professionally. I liked the security presence even though the area was suburban. The room was spacious, clean & updated. The hallway & elevator carpets were worn but no unpleasant odors noticed. Pool was smaller than I expected as was the whirlpool. It was quiet.
Beautiful bathrooms and white bedding

I've become a BIG fan of white bedding in hotels and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful for the money!
The bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space and the whole room just felt clean.
I spend a lot of time in Columbus and would def. stay here again. Lots of dinner options around the hotel.

The hotel has been newly renovated. All the banquet rooms, lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms have been refurbished. The hotel has a new feel and the new bedding is very comfortable.
