This Hotel was a wonderful find. The staff were very curtious and helpful. The location IS within walking distance of the Historic downtown, the US Naval Academy and the Waterfront. We walked there for dinner each night and felt safe doing so. Our room was just as described, the bed and bedding very comfortable. The room was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel not convienient to downtown as they claim. Do not make the walk in the heat. I had many little complaints and the staff offered no compensation. They were not generous. No nearby amenities. I couldn't find a place to get my hair or nails done for my graduation that was nearby and open. Parking lot tiny.

Picked the hotel for location. Could walk to downtown Annapolis and to the football stadium. Hotel is fine and staff courteous.
