The hotel is older, but upgraded. Beds could stand to be replaced, but we were so tired from the Park it really didn't matter.

rooms need to be cleaned a bit more. elevator had holes and looked like it was under construction/repair but no signs were posted. there also needs to be directs/signs of where stairs and elevators are located. also, no irons were in the rooms. another thing, they knew it was a family but only a tiny little shampoo and a soap for one person was available.
Not worth the money - Not much like a castle.

Not as it is depicted in advertisements. Not of the overall quality expected. It is an old, run down motel with old, cheap and outdated fixtures and furnishings. Maintenance is on the shoddy side. One positive is the close proximity to Disney entrance. It will require some walking (about a good 2 to 3 long blocks, then further to actually reach Disney entrance gates). Pool is average. Don't be fooled by "castle" facade. This is not a "themed" motel and there is nothing special about it. It is large, noisey and crowded. Not worth the money we paid. We will not stay here again and we are frequent visitors to Disneyland.

And cram them into 2 rooms. Then proceed to run up and down the halls, shouting to each other, letting your little brats run wild and screach until midnight. Beds were uncomfortable, walls are paper thin. I've learned my lesson- keep staying at fancy hotels- it's worth the money.
Nice Hotel

Checked in on a Friday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. The room was perfectly clean and tidy. Housekeeping kept our room very nice the entire stay and with six of us, it got pretty cluttered.
This hotel is also very quiet. It looks like it has a nice pool area, but nobody in our group used it.
I only have two complaints about this hotel. The first is the limited amount of parking available. There doesn't seem to be quite enough parking. We had three vehicles in our group, so that might have something to do with it.
The other complaint has nothing to do with the hotel. It's not close enough to Disneyland! This was entirely my fault for not checking the map. It's about 2 blocks to the main entrance plaza, but they are long blocks. Still not too bad, but might be long for a family with kids at the end of the day.
Overall, I would say this is a great place to stay.
