I'll start by saying the hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful, friendly upon arrival. The downside a COLD shower which we hated. Their excuse was that the pipes were running low. Another thing is that I paid for a King Studio Suite, I received a Queen studio suite. I don't mind sleeping on a queen size bed, but they shouldn't have to lie about it and act like their guests don't know the difference. I bought it to their attention upon checkout and she didn't say a word, not even sorry.

This hotel was close to my business destination in Tampa and also close to some really nice golf courses, so I couldn't pass it up. My room was very large and clean. The king bed was one of the nicest I've slept in.The people at the desk were really helpful, especially X, who gave me a map of the courses in the area and made sure I knew about the free beer and wine reception every evening. He also directed me to a couple of good eating spots nearby.
