The bedding was great. The room had a terrible odor from the new paint and also from a previous guest's pet (urine on the carpet). No light bulb in the bathroom, closet door wouldn't shut and no fan switch in the bathroom (missing). They also didn't replace the plastic bag for the ice bucket. Also, on our only trip to the pool, there were no towels. The hotel has potential but when you're paying $*/night, it should be much, much better.
A great comfortable stay

The hotel is only minutes to the historic district of Annapolis and about half the cost of the hotels in the historic district. It is very clean and comfortable. Good staff, very helpful. It was a bit noisy one night while we were there due to a wedding party. However, the hotel desk was aware of the situation, but not much was done about it. The second night it was just fine - wedding party left.
