Great hotel, exceeded my expectations. Convenient to all in annapolis - 5 minutes from downtown, also near restuarants and shopping. Rooms were small, but very clean, and the staff was friendly. Would definetly stay there again.

Just a heads-up for my fellow business travelers

I travel 85% for work and my stay length is usually two or three weeks, so I stay at a hotel long enough to really see a clear picture of their day-to-day operations. First off, I have to commend their bar service- the bar is relatively well-priced unlike most hotels I stay at and the bartending staff was really on top of things, making sure that even with a very busy bar (World Series games were last week-- it was packed!) everyone is well taken care of. However, I likely wouldn't have had to be at the bar as often as I did if the service elsewhere in the hotel was similar. The cleaning staff is especially bad-- my sink was left dirty three days in a row, housekeeping entered when my Do Not Disturb sign was on. The mattresses are not firm, the pillows lumpy, and the linens (esp. the duvet) are in need of being replaced. The hotel staff at the desk were surly at best, rude at worst. I discussed several issues with the supervisor, to no avail. My phone was also broken during my entire stay-- even after three visits from engineering. It's unfortunate because usually I enjoy Sheratons, but this one definitely wasn't worth visiting again. It is in close proximity to both Annapolis/Baltimore and DC which I guess is a plus for weekend travelers, especially since there is a large mall across the street, but for the business traveler- you won't get a great night's sleep and you definitely will not feel like a guest-- just another inconvenience for the staff at the Sheraton Annapolis.

This hotel has great location right beside Annapolis Mall and many resturants. Short drive to historic district and Naval Academy

A nice surprise

Nicely renovated, quiet, clean rooms. Conveniently located. Reasonable rates. A very good value. Service at breakfast was very slow, however (maybe just an off day).
