Had a great time

We live an hour away from Denver, but decided that we would take a "weekender" in Denver. We have a 7 year-old chocolate lab and it was fantastic to bring him along with us. We had massages at the Aveda Spa (sans the dog). It wasn't the greatest spa experience we've had, but it was still enjoyable. They ought to mark "maximum volume" on their CD players. We didn't think we had the music on very loud, but to our surprise it took all of 15 seconds for the front desk to call to say that our neighbor though the music to be too loud. Sorry!

Beautiful but Cold

The hotel was a step back in time. The rooms are gorgeous as was the lobby. It is convenient to downtown. Unfortunately, the room temperature was low even when set at high and the space heaters we were promised by the front desk never arrived.
