Wonderful Staff and Great Location

I travel frequently and I must say that the staff at this hotel welcomed me with warmth and made me feel right at home. I do business in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade so the location can't be beat.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone that askes. I will definately return.

I always read these reviews with a grain of salt, but the last one had scared me. I was pleasently SURPRISED at the cleanliness of the dining area and my room too!! The FREE breakfast was a good value, they had HOT cheese omlette, bacon & sausage(yes, it was made in the microwave), but it was was good and the cinnamon rolls were GREAT. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed (even though it was business) my visit to this lovely hotel.

My husband and I got a last minute deal with flight/hotel/car. This hotel was one of the options and I chose it because there was no extra fee. I had never stayed at this type of hotel and was a little apprehensive to. But when we arrived the hotel was clean, nice and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The lobby area had a nice new flat screen TV and a pleasant sitting area.
The room we were given was a king sized non smoking. The room size and lay out was comparable to a Marriott and the bed was comfortable. I especially like the fact that the do not have bedspreads, but a sheet over the cover that they wash regularly.
We had a problem with the fan being noisy and were given a new room easily and with apologies. The room was on the top floor and was even nicer. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Miami Herald at the door when we awoke on Sunday and the breakfast that was included was impressive. I am used to the included breakfast being cold bagels, cereal and the like. But this breakfast had heating lamps that kept cinnamon buns warm, bacon hot and a cheese omelet at the right temperature.
It was a great surprise and a very good value for the money.

where to start the room stunk of carpet cleaner the floor was wet the air conditioner was broke. bad bed bad parking bad plce to stay.

The hotel was clean, bright, and friendly, and the Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly, and plan to return.
