Very Good Stay

This hotel was not what I thought it was going to be, The new owners have cleaned this hotel up and all the rooms look great. New carpets, beds, staff and everything was great. The Manager was very helpful and the owners went out of there way to get me to and from the airport on my schedule. I would stay here again and again.

The room I was in had just been remodeled from the new owner.

Disappointed

The balcony was unusable, the beds were horrible, the window couldn't be opened and there was no air conditioning. Also, damages were assessed to our credit card and when we asked the hotel for an explanation, none can be given, just the room was damaged. Don't stay there!

Not what I expected !!

Dated, dated and dated !!! After checking into the room, my wife and were faced with worn carpet, cheap curtains, minimal beds and television, a telephone that didn't work, old fixtures and damaged cabinets in a dated setting. Although we were told the rooms had a view of the harbor, the room we had afforded a view of an old residential neighborhood. The hotel was to far from downtown to walk and the supposed shuttle was non-existent. No way would I recommend this place to anyone. Juneau was scenic but this place was horrid.
