Outrageous Weekend Rates

The hotel has great location for Cedar Point Amusement Park
It was clean, and in fine working order, it is an older property but mostly remodeled and completely adequate.The staff was quite pleasant in our limited encounters. We didn't expect to spend much time in the room except to sleep and it was just fine for that. In fact for $ a night it was a GREAT hotel. But when I discovered that the advertised rate of $ was only thursday night and that Fri. and Sat were $, I was agast. No freakin' way that property is worth $ a night! It was my bad for not catching that until I was comitted to it but that is why i'm writing this reveiw to warn others to be more observant than was I.

this was the nastiest hotel i have ever been in. when we got there there were 500 mosquitos on the door and when you opened the door they all flew into the room, my kids spent a half hour slapping mosquitos. they were "out" of toiletries. couldn't believe that but was kind enough to refer me to the dollar general down the road. I will never stay here again.
