The hotel carpet in the room was very very dirty

After discussing the issue with hotel management nothing was offered. At one time, they were to give us upgrade to a clean room but we never heard anything back from them. Worst part of the trip for sure. Will not return to the place.
management didn't offer any other "Clean" room

Room carpet was so dirty we couldn't walk on it barefooted
I loved the location but I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it.
