Room was very dark (5th flr); need to be above 7; liked the art deco decorating but peeling paint all over detracted and made it appear dingy; in room coffee only provided for 1 day even after requesting it from housekeeping supr. Room service was good and door men were accomodating

A reasonably priced option in an excellent location. First-class service. Would be ideal for a theater trip given location.
Better than expected

From the other reviews I was expecting super small rooms and nothing special. I was pleased with the room, although smaller then some I have stayed in before. The hotel in general was very modern and offered free internet throughout the entire hotel. The only concern was when you call the front desk to ask a question they will direct you to the concierge who is never at the desk. That made it a little difficult to find places. Also, everything around the hotel closes at 5pm and is completely closed on Sunday. Good news is Northside is really close and a great walk to boot.

Very Classy Hote...stayed with a friend to do the shopping/theatre. Rooms were fine, maybe smaller than most...but we weren't there much. Hotel staff were excellent. Would definitely stay again...very clean.

Overpriced. You pay for the fabric on th elobby couches and to hear Madonna in the elevator.
