Best value is the location. Transportation is really close to everything. I'll suggest not to take a car, because there is no a lot of parking spaces and they will charge you to park you car. Yes is a little bit noise but is because the hotel is located on a busy street. But otherwise is ok. Not the best but put it this way. You only go to spend the night a the hotel and the rest of the day on the street.

It took a long time for the water to warm up ("old pipes"), noisy one night, OK the next, we got a spot, but parking is an issue.

It's nice that there are a couple of piano bars across the street, but it was REALLY loud ALL night long. I do want to point out I stayed on a Sun and Mon evening. Worse yet, I found bugs in the bed. Needless to say, I had to sterlize everything and myself when I got home. Disgusting!

"Really filthy under the beds--pistachio nuts, old notes, huge amounts of dust, and other objects. Back of bathroom door very dirty.Lots of noise through the doors to adjoing rooms. Main manager and another man rude to several guests, not just us...try for the clerk from the Philippines, for better results; he cares. It is close to the newer arts centers and public transportation to nearly everything in SF, and it is cheap. Parking is $10 extra per nite. "

this hotel is very dirty.I went into the first room, and there was a underwear on the floor. I was resigned to the second room an bed cover sheets were not clean at all.
