Bruce -front desk- very non caring about our problems of keyps not working. Put on second floor after informing of being on oxygen and no elevator. TV no captions.Facility not well kept.-Personnel not friendly. Room very, very small. Over rated for value with many other hotels all together in area. However the Sleep Inn at Ocala is excellent.

Planned to stay 3 nights while visiting Savannah, ended up staying extra night. Location is convenient to I-95 and airport, easy to find. Room adequate, good bed, quiet typical for discount hotel. Very fair price for Savannah. 2 floors, no elevator. Cracker Barrel, Applebees, others very close. Free breakfast OK: cereal, fresh waffles, toast, rolls, fruit, etc. Eating area very small. Never could get internet in room to work, but hotel had computer station in lobby. I did notice an odd smell in room, but it seemed clean enough.

Room smallest I've ever seen, could barely get luggage in on cart. Room smelled, I think of cleaning solution but still unpleasant. Not very clean. Breakfast was a joke, couple of stale donuts, cereal. NO ELEVATOR so if you have luggage best to stay downstairs or cart upstairs. Morning desk person very rude.
