my stay was a few days, and I enjoyed the comp. buffet breakfast and comp. reception. Most nights the food was pretty good, like the buffalo wings which melted off the bone, and breakfast was a treat. I guess they just remodeled so the outside has new paint and their nicer rooms are all brand new from the carpets to the beds. I loved it here and the staff was wonderfull as they worked with me, my pets, and my company.
Awful Food

They served something that resembled chicken fried steak. It was hard, covered in dry flour, and looked like it had sat for a couple days on the shelf (all guests took one look & turned around to go to a resturant.) The balconies were closed for painting, it was a bummer. I'll stay somewhere else next time.
Overpriced

This is by far the most overpriced hotel in Yakima. Great for people with large pets and smokers and those who prefer smelly dirty rooms. Uncaring mgmt. We were moved twice and never offered a refund or discount. I will never stay there again
