Good Staff. Needs maintenance

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the maintenance crew needs to get busy. The hallway air conditioner outside our door was leaking and the carpet was very squishy/wet in the hallway. Also the security latch on the back of the door (the one that flips over) was broken, which made me a little paranoid. However, the hotel is located among several hotels in a business district, so the neighborhood was not scary. Also, the shower head was pulled out from the wall a couple of inches. I would stay here again for this price, but I hope the minor problems are fixed, or I'd ask for a different room.
